Crystal M. Manning, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, is the founder of Seasonal Wellness Counseling, a counseling practice for school-age children, teenagers, adults, and families during times of anxiety, trauma, and life transitions.
With 9+ years of experience and 3000+ clinical hours, Crystal is dedicated to helping individuals and families thrive. She assists clients in processing emotions, developing coping skills, and cultivating healthier emotional management strategies.
Crystal's approach, rooted in a deep commitment to her clients' well-being, goes beyond immediate concerns. She empowers clients with skills to navigate future challenges, build resilience, and lead fulfilling lives. Whether a child, teenager, adult, or family seeking healing, Crystal provides a safe haven for exploration, growth, and emotional healing.
Crystal completed her Bachelor of Arts in Social Work at Southeastern Louisiana University followed by her Master of Social Work from Tulane School of Social Work.
In her leisure time, Crystal enjoys napping with her two cats, Leo and Lucy, reading, and long outdoor walks.

My approach focuses on creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is one of the most important aspects of therapy and strive to build a strong connection with my clients.

My mission is to support you throughout your journey by offering strategies and techniques based on evidence and a strength-focused approach. Together, we will collaboratively develop goals and, with your consent, make use of additional resources such as primary care and holistic care when needed. I offer you a secure and completely confidential space with three key limitations: if someone is causing you harm, if you have a plan to harm yourself, or if you have a plan to harm someone else.
